At FaaMart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Time

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • After 7 days, we may not accept return requests.

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, wrong item, or not as shown.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags.
  • You provide proof (photo or video) of the issue.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged by customer
  • Items like underwear, beauty, personal care (for hygiene reasons)
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Customized or made-to-order items

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at admin@faamart.pk or contact the vendor directly.
  2. Include your Order ID, reason, and pictures of the product.
  3. Our team or the vendor will review your request and guide you on the next steps.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, you may need to ship the product back.
  • In some cases, the vendor may arrange pickup.
  • Return shipping cost depends on the reason:
    • If it’s our or the vendor’s mistake, we cover the cost.
    • If it’s a customer change of mind, customer pays for return.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund.
  • Refunds can take 5 to 10 working days to process.
  • Refunds are given in the same payment method used for the order.
  • In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead.

6. Vendor Return Policy

Since FaaMart is a multivendor marketplace, each vendor may have their own return rules. Please check their store page or product details before buying.
