Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at FaaMart. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of your orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver all over Pakistan. Some vendors may also offer international shipping. Please check the product page or contact the vendor directly for more details.
2. Shipping Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery time depends on your location and the vendor.
- Within Pakistan: 3 to 7 working days
- International : 7 to 15 working days
Note: Delivery may be delayed during sales, holidays, or due to bad weather.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are shown during checkout.
- Some vendors may offer Free Shipping on selected products.
- If your order includes products from different vendors, you may see separate shipping charges.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will get a tracking number through email or SMS (if available). You can use it to track your delivery.
5. Late or Missing Deliveries
If you haven’t received your order:
- First, check the tracking status.
- If still not delivered after the expected time, contact the vendor or FaaMart support at admin@faamart.pk.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery:
- Report it within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share pictures (if damaged).
- We will work with the vendor and courier to solve the issue.

Each vendor may have their own shipping method and delivery rules. Please read the vendor’s store page for details before placing your order.
