1. About FaaMart
FaaMart is a multivendor marketplace. We allow different vendors to create their stores and sell products. FaaMart helps with platform services, but each vendor is responsible for their products, delivery, and customer service.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account safe. Do not share your login details with anyone.

3. Buying on FaaMart
Please check product details before buying. FaaMart is not responsible for wrong orders, delivery delays, or product quality. These are handled by the vendors. If you have any issue, contact the vendor or email us at admin@faamart.pk.

4. Selling on FaaMart
Vendors must sell genuine and legal products. Vendors must provide correct product descriptions and deliver on time. FaaMart can remove any product or store if it breaks our rules.

5. Payments
Buyers can pay using the available payment methods. Payment systems are secure. In some cases, FaaMart may hold payments until delivery is confirmed.

6. Returns and Refunds
Please read our Return Policy for more details. Each vendor may have their own return rules. FaaMart helps solve issues between buyers and sellers when needed.

7. Prohibited Use
You must not post fake or harmful content, sell illegal products, try to hack the website, or misuse other users’ data.

8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
